All That Is Waiting

Rain began to drop as Gyle stood at the bus stop. Seats were obviously there, but it was clear Gyle had no intention to sit, nor to wait. Everything he was waiting for has passed. Now, nothing remained for him and his only liable answer was to start walking. But where? His life was over. Besides the rain was still there. But he got out of the bus stop anyway
The light stopped red as the rain turned to blood. Yes, the heavy downpour of red began as his face was trickled by thick red blood. Police sirens sound. Yes, he knew what happened.
He started walking, running, dashing. Dash to his doom? He didn't care. he just wanted to run.
Today was his wife's birthday and their wedding anniversary too. Gyle had gotten a BIG promotion. And their son was with his wife's brother so they had the night to themselves.
He was supposed to give his wife the biggest surprise of the day and had gotten her that one thing she always wanted. The almost extinct Mood Bracelets. But little did he know, he was gonna have the biggest surprise of HIS life.
As he opened Apartment 64's door, red liquid was already flowing. He could assumed his wife had broken a glass of wine, but.. No It was definitely what he thought it was. Blood. Blood. Blood.
Why? You cant get that amount flowing with a simple cut wound. But he had already found the answer to his question. A man in wearing an all white suit was standing with a smug smile on his face.
"Ahh... Gyle Winfreed? Yes, you must be this bitch's husband." He stepped on Gyle's wife, Karen.
"You've gotten yourself into a mix with this woman around. I'm doing you a favor buddy. She's bad luck I tell you. The Organization did the world a favor getting rid of her."
Gyle knew what Karen did for a living. He knew someday it would come to them running. Karen did what she thought was right. She stole from evil men to keep the good in this world alive. Gyle was one of the few people who saw her in that light. He had encountered her in one of her jobs.
The irony? He was working for her target. He instantly fell for her and escaped with her to San Francisco. They got married and lived happily.
Until Today.
"But, you did just witness a murder... I'm going to have to silence you. No Hard feelings." The man said. A blade flipped from his wrist and dashed at him. Reflexes had already told Gyle what to do next.
If the man was a killer, Gyle was cold blooded one. He knew a man's life as easy as he knew their vital points.
The blade didn't reach Gyle's face as Gyle's hard hand grasped the man's wrist and flipped him over.
There was a Stun Gun at the table. It didn't take 2 seconds for Gyle to think of what to do next. The Stun Gun was positioned at the man's neck. A quick zap echoed as the man was knocked unconscious.
But that wasn't enough for Gyle.
The Stun Gun continued to go on for at least 30 minutes before it's battery died out. The man was miraculously alive even with the third degree burn on his neck caused by electrocution. He was now conscious but the taser's effect had been so powerful that the torture had rendered his ability to move.
Gyle had placed the man on the dining table. He had been to the kitchen and grabbed a set of knives.
"If you thought Karen was bad. You obviously don't know me."
The man could only utter a short groan.
Yes...Gyle Winfreed. Worked for The Tinfurd Mafia Bank. He protected the money with his life and ended those who attempted to take it... Until he met Karen and finally grew a conscience.
"Now tell me...Ryan Gunesse... What do you think the Organization would say about messing with the man who destroyed Tinfurd by himself?" The short knife entered Ryan's knee cap. Gyle's strength quickly got the knife bone deep.
"How do you think the Organization would react to agents who go on unauthorized missions?" The cleaver was on Ryan's right arm.
"What would they do, Oh dear Ryan, if they found out that you killed the cold blooded ally's wife?" The kitchen knife was on his gut.
"How would they feel when they find out that they have indirectly pissed off one of their greatest assets YOU SUPERFICIAL PIECE OF SHIT!? ANSWER ME!" One by one, the knives entered every limb on Ryan's body. He could only mutter a small sob of pain and a muffled scream.
Gyle had enough. Now his own tears started flowing. His life was starting to look up. He wanted to live a normal new life. A normal job, a normal day. Though he had contact with the Organization because they owed him and he is their friend, he got what he asked for. Now, because of a rogue agent gone crazy, his life was ruined. As his final torture for the man that ended his normal life, He hung him in a contraption he made years ago to silence traitors. The Gravity Blade, a cruel and sadistic contraption created to insure certain pain and death..
Outside the window, Ryan was hung upside down to the Gravity Blade. A small razor blade was stuck to both his legs and will slowly rip him to pieces with the blade going down as the heavy steel tied to the razors went down slowly because of gravity. If he still didn't die by mutilation, he could still die from the blood going to his head. It's a no escape trap. If he did escape from the contraption, he could fall to his death. They ARE on the 30'th floor.
Gyle was now beside his wife.
"I'm sorry. I couldn't protect you. Know this. I will always... ALWAYS... Love you..." He gave a final kiss to her forehead and placed the mood braceleton her chest. He carried her to their room and softly placed her on his bed as if she was still alive and placed a small rose on her corpse.
"This is my final farewell."
He left the building. He left his life behind. He left for the bus stop. The rain continued as the blood of Ryan Gunesse dripped hard from the building.
Now dashing to who knows where, he stopped in front of a truck. It honked hard as he looked at the light with a small smile and closed his eyes. His life is over.
"Live. Gyle."
He opened his eyes. Something had pushed him out of the way.
"I love you too."
Karen has given his life one last push.
The Rain stopped and the sun shined bright.
"No more waiting." Gyle walked back to the life Karen had saved.
It's now his job to live it. And he will, with his undying conviction.

    BEST LINE EVER.

IT'S VERY TRUE TO GYLE'S EMOTION.

CONTINUE TO JUSTIFY THE CHARACTER'S EMOTIONS.
