Free Fall: Tragic Alternate End

~~~~Josh~~~~
Josh was reaching Mile Turn.
Smack.
A flyer ad smacked the side of his window. A kid passing out flyers tripped and his papers flew out.
"Hey! Watch it!" He shouted out his left window as he passed the turn.
Josh had no time to feel sorry for the kid and looked at the pieces of chocolate seated shotgun.
~~~~~~~~~~~
....Nobody's Home
.....It's Best She Lies
.....Broken Inside
Josh scratched his head in annoyance. Where was Alison? She was usually home at the time.
As he drove back the way he went to check the school, he was stopped by a crowd.
By Mile turn, a row of police officers were checking the scene. A body bag was laid neatly by the ledge.
A police officer tapped at Josh's window and said,"Sorry, sir. Please move along. There are more than enough people in the area."
...In the Mourning, I'll Rise.
...In the Mourning, I'll let you die
...In the Mourning...
Josh rolled his window down.
"What was the victim's name?" Josh asked. He didn't want to think what he was thinking was true.
The police flipped a notebook open and sighed.
"Alison Monlee."
Josh just shut his window up as he silently listened to the shifting radio songs. His heart, shattered and grief-stricken with pain that the music can't decide what song must play.
...Turn it off, In All My Spite
...I'll turn it off
...Just Turn it off
...AGAIN! AGAIN! AGAIN!!!!!
Just as the song's last chorus ended, Josh's car was already falling 5 feet into the same Ravine Alison threw herself in. Everyone's gasp was out of Josh's hearing.
There was no point in it all anymore.
He just let his eyes shut and let the car drift in the Free Fall.
